Refund & Returns Policy

At TRYREVIVECAREUK we take pride in the quality of our products and the results our customers experience. We are confident enough in them to back every order with a 90-day at-home guarantee.

This policy explains how returns, refunds and cancellations work. It is written in addition to your legal rights and does not affect them.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy sits on top of the rights you already have by law in the United Kingdom. Nothing here limits or replaces them.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days. Our 90-day money-back guarantee is a voluntary commercial guarantee offered in addition to these statutory rights.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If, after consistent use, the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 90 days of delivery under the terms set out below.

The guarantee period begins the day your order is delivered. We recommend giving the product consistent daily use over several weeks, as results typically build gradually rather than overnight.

If you experience any discomfort or an unexpected reaction, please stop using the product and contact our Support Team at revivecareuk@outlook.com.

14-Day Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

As your purchase is made at a distance, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. To cancel, email revivecareuk@outlook.com with your order number. You must return the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving proof that you have returned them.

  • HipCore device. May be returned within the 14-day cancellation window. To receive a full refund, please return it complete and in resaleable condition where possible.
  • Hip Relief Lotion. For hygiene and safety reasons the lotion is sealed on delivery. Once the seal is broken, the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies to that item, as permitted under Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Sealed, unopened lotion can be returned within the 14-day window.

Returns Process

To start a return, email revivecareuk@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions and our authorised UK returns address.

  • HipCore device. Should be returned to our authorised UK returns address. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility. For faulty items, we cover the cost.
  • Hip Relief Lotion. Sealed, unopened jars can be returned. Opened jars requested under the 90-day satisfaction guarantee may be eligible for a refund without return, at our discretion, as opened cosmetics cannot be resold.
  • Faulty, damaged or incorrect items. We cover all return costs and arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once your refund is approved, it is typically processed within 5 to 7 business days. Your card issuer may take a further 7 to 10 business days for the funds to appear. Statutory cancellations are refunded within 14 days, as required by law.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incomplete, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you may be entitled to a repair, a replacement, or a refund. We will arrange this for you at no cost.

Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel before your order is dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 4 hours of ordering. Once processing has begun we may be unable to stop the order. This does not affect your separate 14-day right to cancel after delivery, described above.

Replacements

If your product arrives damaged, defective or incomplete, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement promptly.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a voluntary refund, except where faulty:

  • Digital products, such as downloadable guides and eBooks, once they have been accessed.
  • Free gifts and bundled add-on items.
  • Products that show signs of misuse, have been tampered with, or have been transferred to another container.
  • Products returned to an address other than our authorised returns address, including intermediary or forwarding facilities.

These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods.

Shipping

We offer free standard UK delivery via Royal Mail. Original shipping charges, where they apply, are non-refundable except where the item is faulty. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.

Chargebacks

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact revivecareuk@outlook.com before raising a chargeback with your bank. We can almost always resolve the matter faster and more easily directly. Raising a chargeback without contacting us first may affect your eligibility under our voluntary 90-day guarantee. It does not affect your statutory rights.

Reserved Rights

TRYREVIVECAREUK reserves the right to decline refund requests that show irregular, excessive or potentially fraudulent activity. This does not affect any genuine statutory rights you may have.
